LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY for rooftop tent:

Hello Adventures  warrants their rooftop tents to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Hello Adventures will repair or replace, at no cost, any parts found to be defective due to imperfect workmanship or materials, provided the tent is returned at the purchaser's expense . This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. To make a claim, please email us at helloadventures_canada@hotmail.com , and have the original order number ready. Ensure that your claim includes accurate and complete information. Cooperation with Hello Adventures is required during the claim resolution process. Warranty claims must be fulfilled through Hello Adventures. Hello Adventures may choose to repair, replace, or refund the product based on the situation. Within thirty days of receiving the tent, Hello Adventures will inform you whether your claim is covered by the warranty.

Other limitations include the duration of implied warranties, obligations, or liabilities, which are limited to the one-year duration of the written limited warranty. Hello Adventures is not liable for incidental expenses incurred by the consumer, such as loss of time, inconvenience, towing charges, travel expenses, lodging, telephone charges, gas expenses, loss or damage to personal property, or loss of wages. Hello Adventures is also not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from a breach of this or any other warranty, expressed or implied. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and additional rights may vary from province to province or state to state. Certain jurisdictions may not allow the limitation on the duration of an implied warranty or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Hello Adventures does not cover issues resulting from user error, neglect, or acts of nature. The limited warranty does not include cosmetic changes like discoloration or alterations in the shell or tent material. However, we will assist in obtaining replacement parts and providing repair assistance whenever possible.

Did you know that condensation can occur when your tent is not in use? Extreme temperature fluctuations, such as freeze and thaw cycles, can cause condensation inside a closed tent. If you don't open the tent to allow moisture to dry, mold and mildew can develop. We recommend airing out your tent every 1-2 weeks, even when it's not in use. In humid climates, more.

Hello Adventures shall not be held liable for the natural breakdown of materials that inevitably occurs with extended use, such as UV light damage, worn-out zippers, or defects resulting from accidents, abuse, alteration, animal attacks, storm damage, misuse, or improper care. This limited warranty is the only express warranty provided, and Hello Adventures shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. Please note that certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

WHAT Hello Adventures  WILL DO In the event that a product fails due to manufacturing or material defects after inspection, Hello Adventures will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product without any additional charge.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE To obtain warranty service, please return the product, with freight prepaid, to a pre-approved Hello Adventures return address. Alternatively, you may contact Hello Adventures  for return authorization helloadventures_canada@hotmail.com . Please note that shipments without return authorization or collect shipments cannot be accepted.

Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you're retuning your tent, there will be a 3% refund fee, plus a $390 restocking fee. You'll need to take care of the return shipping to Calgary AB Canada.

Cancelled orders: Our website provider keeps transaction fees for all cancelled and refunded order. You will be charged a 3% cancellation fee for any cancelled orders which will be deducted from the refund.

An order cannot be cancelled after it has departed the distribution center in Canada. After this point, it would be considered a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order confirmation or proof of purchase. ALL original accessories need to be included with the RTT otherwise there is a fee per missing part. Tax applies. Photo of the box unopened in its original condition is required. If damage occurs during return shipping, it will be the responsibility of the buyer. After receiving the returned item, the tent, box, accessories will be inspected.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive your tent with a noticeable damaged box, take photos right away, and open the box in front of the driver to ensure there is no damage to the actual tent. The shipping company will deny any damage claims if the receiver signs off and accepts the product as is.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Restocking fee A 3% restocking fee applies to all returns plus $390.

Exchanges: We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. If this should arise. Please contact us immediately.
